It was so awesome to be able to spend the Day with Abigail and Kevin! It was August 22nd but felt like a beautiful fall day. Everything about your day was stunning starting with Abigail! We started on the observatory deck of the Carew Tower for Abigail and Kevin to see each other for the first time. This was the perfect setting given that they could see their new home from the overlook. We then headed to Eden Park where the wedding party was a hoot and we had a blast shooting them! We then headed to St. Francis DeSales for a gorgeous ceremony. The reception took place at the Hall of Mirrors. I’ve never seen a more elegant and immaculate reception. Abigail and Kevin, your hard work paid off because walking into your room took my breathe away. From the amazing lighting (Goodwin Lighting) to the beautiful centerpieces there was nothing missed at this reception! The dance floor was hopping (thanks to Jessie from McFadden Music DJs) and you could tell that everyone was having a blast!
Abigail and Kevin thank you for letting me share your special day with you! From the way that you look at each other and the way you laugh together made me feel lucky just to be a part of it.
Thank you,

How Cool are They??

No, I mean Tiffany…. and Joe

We set the stage at the NKU Campus, very urban.

From Skunk Lake to the fearless ducks, everything was Awesome!!

Beautiful candid moments.

The very fun reception followed at the NKU Student Council Building. The food was impeccable with everything
from prime rib, to a pasta bar (of course!) It was such a pleasure to work with the staff at NKU, they really took
care of everything! And then there was the toast, should I even bring up the toast?? My guess is Tiffany would say “No!”
So we will just leave it at that! By the end of the day I felt like I was part of the family. (Only I was lacking the Italian accent!)
Tiffany and Joe, you guys totally rock! Thanks for letting me be a part of it all!

There is just something special about photographing a sister of a previous bride. November 24, 2006 we photographed Jenn and Brett’s wedding. On July 24, 2009 we had the privilege of photographing them as a groomsman and bridesmaid at Josh and Steph’s wedding. This time, we got to include the most recent addition to the family in Carter!! Yay! I have to say we’ve been very blessed with some beautiful brides this year but Jenn said it best when I commented on Steph’s dress and said it looked like it was “made for her”. Jenn quickly chimed in with “when she was trying on dresses, they were ALL made for her!!” I love it when I get to photograph someone not only this beautiful on the outside but someone who is modest, genuine and fun as well. There is no lacking of those qualities in the Hoff family!… Sorry Josh, I’ve kinda left you out. Dude, you rock!!
We started photos at Eden Park and followed that with the ceremony at Mt Adams Pilgrim Chapel. From there, we headed to Ivy Hills Country club for some amazing photos and a fun filled reception. It was a night that will not soon be forgotten. Here are some of my personal favorites.

Fun Fun!! Seriously?

Nice Action Shot! Jenn and Carter!

We started photographing Bryan and Diane at the beautiful St. Mary’s Seminary. Followed by a trip to the Greenfield Plant Farm, on Clough Pike, to visit the oldest stone house in the County, where Diane’s Grandparents were married. The ceremony was held at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, and the reception followed at the Bell Event Centre, downtown.

DESTINATION WEDDING!!
Jessica and I had the privilege of traveling to Siesta Keys Florida to photograph Derek and Lara’s ceremony and then returning to Cincinnati to photograph their reception at Twin Oaks a couple weeks later. The first thing I have to say is that Lara looked straight out of a magazine in Florida. I thought maybe I should be paying her for the privilege of photographing her wedding! I felt like we had 5 or 10 once in a lifetime moments all in one day. It was a photographer’s dream. Having said all that, Tim Wolfe from Music by Request, DJ Butlers was amazing at the reception as was the cake by Marilyn’s Cakes. It is truly amazing to take a few days during the height of our busy season to share a Rum Runner and Pina Colada on the beach with any member of our team but especially with Jessica! Then, the next day we get to spend the day on the beach with Lara and Derek. Does it really get any better than that? Only if we had stayed all week!

Everyone should feel this way once

Now how is it that we go all the way to florida and find a group of young ladies who decide Lara is so beautiful that they want to make a heart in the sand that says congrats on it…. and then we find out they are from Mason OH!!

I remember when Josh and Kim first came to our studio almost exactly a year prior to their wedding. I had a wedding Friday, Saturday and Sunday but that was the only weekend they were in town so I met with them the morning prior to my Saturday wedding. I’m so glad I did! Not only was Kim a stunning bride, but they were a fun couple that are far more than just clients. I look forward to seeing them again soon I hope! The wedding of Josh and Kim began with photography at Sharon Woods, followed by the ceremony at Zion Lutheran Church located in Hamilton, Ohio. Megan at the Marriot at Union Centre and designer Tiesha Frazier with Creative Afflairs helped put together a stunning reception. The flowers were provided by Petals and Things and the cake created by Sweetwater Bakehouse. Tux’s were provided by our good friends at Folchi’s Formal Wear, and transportation by MotorToys Limousine Service. The entertainment at the reception provided with the happen’ band Airwave.

The beautiful wedding of Eric and Chris started in Covington, with photography at Millionaire’s Row. Brian Kuntz was lead photographer, with Jessica Cline as the photojournalist. The Ceremony followed at St. Aloysius Church in Shandon, Ohio. Though I have never been to Shandon OH, it was a gorgeous drive through the countryside. It gave me the feeling of traveling back in time, with it’s nice size farms and rolling hills, and huge barns that were still in working order. It really was a beautiful place. The reception was held at The Germania Society Klubhaus, with a Beer Stein awaiting each of the groomsmen. The wedding was a very fun and animated event! Best wishes to Eric and Chris!
